first time clen user

5'8 260. out of shape. purchased clen last week and trying to figure out best plan. so far ive heard 2 weeks on/2weeks off. start with 20mcg. and go up to 100. then come back down, someone said take taurine. anyone have suggestions?
 
Here's the best suggestion you'll get. Take the Clen you bought, and throw it in the garbage. Then, go order some GW.
I'm a fairly experienced user of Clen, T3, AAS, you name it. Clen is by far the WORST substance I have EVER used in my life! I have multiple bottles of liquid Clen, and well as strips of Clen tabs lying around. I will never, and I mean NEVER touch the stuff again!
 
Clen sides are brutal and not worth it.
Clen has a 36 hour half-life, which means it's peak of effectiveness is 18 hours after you take it. Dosing it sucks, and you can literally go days without sleeping on it. Also, having to run Ketoteifen to keep alpha receptors clean, it's a pain in the ass. I love stimulants, but never again for Clen.
Not to mention it also thickens cardiac walls, causing hardening of heart muscles.
GW, Albuterol, Ephedrine, etc. are all MUCH better choices in my opinion. Don't worry though, I'm sure more vets will chime in on this as the evening progress, and confirm pretty much what I've said already.
 
Yeah I've used clen before and probably wont ever use it again. I miss being that damn wired though.
 
Clen you dont want? Send it to me. I dont mind the sides at all. That being said I ordered some GW this morning. Can you say hardcore cut?
 
yeh it seems clen has lost its popularity. not sure what to do now. i purchased it already. you guys are killing me. some of my buddys took it and it worked for them. there body fat was higher than mine. i may do 20mcgs a day and see how it goes. i have someone helping me with calorie intake and im scheduled to workout 30 mins a day, with one day off during the week. i also just got supertein by GAT. good stuff. please send me more comments/suggestions.
 
Its just a matter of cardio and diet, stims only help a tiny bit.

Might as well use what you bought and decide for yourself if you like it or not.
 
why don't we focus on fixing your diet and doing daily exercise instead?

you are a solid 90 pounds over weight if we consider you have little muscle on your frame and considering your height. how old are you? list your diet
 
How about listening to what everyone has posted instead of asking the same question multiple times expecting a different answer?
 
Just started my first cycle. On my fifth day. My sides have decreased, no more headaches, am sleeping soundly, my workouts are amazing and I am only taking 80mcg. I think I will probably stay at this level for a few days, then up to 100 and work my way down from there. Everyone has different reactions to it, it is just up to you if you want to deal with the sides or not. I pushed through and all I have is a tiny amount of shakes. Obviously diet and exercise are the most important factors. You should be in a comfortable and healthy routine with both already.
