First test E cyle ready to go!

I have finally got my first cycle ready to go!

500mg of Test E (weeks 1 - 10)
hcGenerate (weeks 9-12)
Post Cycle & Unleashed (weeks 13 - 16)
Nolva (weeks 13 - 16) 30, 30, 20, 20mg

I'm hoping to get some great results from this cycle!

I will definitly keep you guys updated!

I currently do about 20 minutes of light - medium cardio after every workout to keep the fat off. Should i keep up the cardio while on the cycle or just lift heavy and eat heaps?

depends on your goals ofcourse cut or bulk? both? :)

Never neglect cardio, just depends on what amount you do based on your goals like CK said

Eat clean. Eat as much clean as you can but don't eat shit thinking it will do anything other than get you fat. Don't stop cardio. Good luck I just ran a test e cycle and got great results.

Will be doing similar cycle, except I'll throw t-bol 4mg ed wk 1-4 as a kick starter,
would be doing clomid instead of nolva. Plus low dosage of AI and letro for gyno related side effects.
