first Test cycle, help wit PCT

i'm going to be running my first cycle, Test en. @ about 400 mg/week... for like 8 weeks... i just wanted to get my PCT sorted out before i actually start my cycle... any suggestions on when i should start it, how long it should last, what should i take, and at what dosages? i know those are quite a few requests, but any help would be greatly appreciated!!
