first site injection .. phew

Ok took my first site injection today.. went into my quads..

mixed 250mg test cyp and 200 mg norma deca ..

1 shot in each quad ..

right quad went super-smooth, aspirated perfectly ..

then i stuck it in my left quad and my leg twitched .. freaked me out but i took it out and put it in a better spot


so it went cool ..

besides the "theory" about localized growth what are the benefits of frontloading ??
