Must i use a machine for glute ham raises? our strength coach has us have a partner put his weight on our feet while we start on our knees and go down and touch our chest, hands, fists, FACE, etc. and come back up. That's our version...
Sounds like somebody stands on your feet while you lay out flat using one hand to touch the other (and your face), but I guess any amrican will comprehend it.
You don't tell yourself: "I'm so pretty" while you are at it though, huh?
