you all were very helpfull before so i am back. gettin ready to try my first real cycle. tryed just d-ball before (big waste of time) still have a bottle though. was wonderin what i should go for for some decent size gains. i have read alot (i.e. anabolics review, chemicle muscle enhancement, and part of buildind the ultimate beast) but would like to here some advice from those of you in the know. i am 5'6 176lbs been train on and off for years and never seem to progress too much. tried creatine , glutamine and several other socalled wonder supplements with very little results. i ift heavy 5 days a week one bodypart a day, 4 or five excercises for 3 to 4 sets of 6-8 reps or 5 sets of five. maybe i am not doin enough. any help would be greatly appreciated.if ya need more info just ask and i will share anything i can.
