let me start with my past training experience.
i stopped lifting a few years back when work got crazy busy and i got lazy. prier to that i was a lifting every other day and mixing carto in on my days of. i had a decent "vanity build" but no real mass. my old work buddy was a power lifter and regular steroid user. he had set me up with some gear and planed on going over a good short cycle for me. but never got around to it.
sadly i lost him to a driving accident about 2 years ago (i onely share this so no one tells me to go ask the guy who gave me the stuff) any way we never really got any thing going so it sits in a cool dark place in waiting. if its expired then oh well. i need to shop around. (might find it to be more beneficial any way)
here's were im at now. back in the weight 3 days a week lifting. im fare from were i was but defenetly have gained some great strength and flexibility. i lift at home with a power rack i made when i first started this journey. its kinda become like a old friend who i haven't seen in what feels like forever. im back at it for about 8 months now and loving it all over again.
im 36 yrs old now and try to keep a decent "building diet" (between 2500 3000 cals a day).
6'2 and run from 205 to 210 from month to month.
so i guess my question is should i toss the old gear and find new or try to figure out were he was going with this for me. for the record if it sitting around for 2 years isn't proof enough that im in no rush to mess up then just move on. im not looking to here some tell me to just swallow 4 of these a day and pin eod.
