first post same stupid questions

let me start with my past training experience.
i stopped lifting a few years back when work got crazy busy and i got lazy. prier to that i was a lifting every other day and mixing carto in on my days of. i had a decent "vanity build" but no real mass. my old work buddy was a power lifter and regular steroid user. he had set me up with some gear and planed on going over a good short cycle for me. but never got around to it.
sadly i lost him to a driving accident about 2 years ago (i onely share this so no one tells me to go ask the guy who gave me the stuff) any way we never really got any thing going so it sits in a cool dark place in waiting. if its expired then oh well. i need to shop around. (might find it to be more beneficial any way)
here's were im at now. back in the weight 3 days a week lifting. im fare from were i was but defenetly have gained some great strength and flexibility. i lift at home with a power rack i made when i first started this journey. its kinda become like a old friend who i haven't seen in what feels like forever. im back at it for about 8 months now and loving it all over again.
im 36 yrs old now and try to keep a decent "building diet" (between 2500 3000 cals a day).
6'2 and run from 205 to 210 from month to month.
so i guess my question is should i toss the old gear and find new or try to figure out were he was going with this for me. for the record if it sitting around for 2 years isn't proof enough that im in no rush to mess up then just move on. im not looking to here some tell me to just swallow 4 of these a day and pin eod.

Your thinking is everywhere. Are you asking us if you should discard it or try to figure out a cycle plan?

It should still be good as long as it was stored correctly. You need to tell us what exactly it is though.
 
What are your goals bro? And what gear is it?

No lab names man, just what type of gear are we talking about

It sounds to me like you aren't quite ready to be discussing anabolics quite yet. You need to have been training for a good amount of time and stay committed to it. Running gear is not for anyone that half asses anything. The point you are at right now with just getting back at it, should have you making some great natural gains anyways.

the numbers in the ( ) are the quantity. back then i was looking for a short cycle to add a little bulk.
if i can pute together a plan with what i have i would love that. adding additional in the futer is always an option.
my next cycle will be my first.

im gaining at a decent pace now. my gains are not "showing" like i would like them to but Ive never been able to watch anything grow..lol
i may not actualy start a cycle for a wile but would like to be ready all the way around when the time comes. im not looking at at a saturday start. but i am certain at some point i will want to go with it.

Also, tamoxofin is nolvadex.

Take that nolvadex, throw it in the trash and never say that word again. It is the most shitty compound in the would of medicine

ive been seeing alot of hatred tords that around a few forums. i sighned on to this forum becuse it semed most of the replies to the newbs (like myself) were ment to steer them tords safty. rather than just out right calling a fool a fool.
i honestly dont know what direction we were headed with this back then. but the advantage i have now is that im in no rush. were as back then i probably would have screwed up my self. like i said im in no hurry. just wanna be prepared for when i am.

The biggest thing you're going to want to tweak is your diet. Make sure your diet matches your goals.

It should take you at least another 6 months or so, but muscle memory takes effect fast so don't think you are as far behind as you think my friend!

i dont feel that fare behind. my mind still remembers the brain vrs gain game. so im confident i will get out of my training exactly what im willing to put in and nothing more.
im running a "all pro" beginner program right now. i know it would not be intense enough to support a full cycle. but im not cycling any time in the immediate futer. and im seeing some decent results for the short time ive been back at it. when im ready i was thinking a short 4-6 week would be a good start to gauge my reaction to it.
