I just wanted to say hi to everyone and introduce myself.
Stats:
Age:20
Years Lifting:2
Height:5"7- sucks
Weight: 165
Bf:9%

I basically CKD all year round now. I am so paranoid that I will wake up one morning and be fat again as I was growing (SO TOUGH). Now, I am in tip top shape- but I have to work SO HARD for it- I feel as though if I ate like my ectomorphic fraternity brothers do daily (right now gobbing downs pizza+wings though I did carb up today and did indulge) I would be a fat ass despite lifting heavy. They are freaked out sometime when I spit out some little know yet vitally important nutritional fact like the benefits of refeeding or what the fuck ever. Though I am very hard on myself- disciplined hard core- maybe too hard.

Anyway a related question my fellow diet boarders, as I watch the superbowl- Does anyone else have this formerly fat syndrome? I feel like I will always think of myself as a fat kid- affects my confidence hardcore. No matter how many compliments I get- or girls Im with, I can't shake it. I think I need help- but it does drive me to keep working hard at the gym- though I feel like I will never be happy with myself.
I think you all get the jist of where I am coming from here- I would love some advice from fellow compulsives.
 
Congratulations on the weight loss. That fat kid will ALWAYS be a part of you. Just depends on how much you let him run things.
