first post, got a few questions

hey guys, been reading for a long time, just figured out how to unlock my account so I can post.
Stats are 5'11, 200lb, 10% bf, age 21, (I always think its funny how every time someone posts they forget to put there stats even though every thread its always asked for). Lifting 5 days a week, cardio for an hour 6 days a week, been going at it religiously for the past 4 years

My past cycles have been test e 500 mg 12 weeks with winstrol the last 6 weeks
test prop 500 mg with tren ace 500 mg for 8 weeks

Made great gains but this summer I am looking to run Eq 650 mg, tren e 300 and a low dose of test for 16 weeks.
The cycle is a cutter/ way to maintain my muscle while dropping the last bit of fat. The reason I am running this cycle is because I'll be starting landscaping in a couple weeks and know from past experience that working 10 hours a day in the hot sun is very catabolic. Just wanted to get your opinions on this cuz I always respect what you guys have to say.
Also been carb cycling for the past couple months with really good results, once a week refeeds. Should I continue this while landscaping, maybe a mid week refeed also.

yeah i know it wasn't really smart to start at 19 but i cant go back in time and to be honest i wouldnt want to, ive had great results and always followed up with solid pct. Ive done my research and have been reading this and other forums for a few years now. Not trying to sound like a cocky prick, just that i know the risk and weighed them against the rewards when i started. i appreciate the replies
 
For what you are trying to do, the cycle should work well. If you will be working that much outdoors and burning that many Cal's I would suggest dropping a little of the cardio, and increasing food intake some even though its a cut. Also make sure you are staying well hydrated. This is particularly important in your situation. The sun will dehydrate you with a quickness, and dehydration is not something you want on cycle

thanks for the help bud, yeah i was going to lower the cardio to 3 or 4 days depending on which days are easier work wise. Definitely going to drink a ton of water, i always carry a gallon with me, and i landscape at a golf course so there is water coolers all over the place, im lucky to have a cool boss cuz he lets me eat whenever, usually snacking every few hours on almond, hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken.
is the cycle legit or should i make any additions, an oral like winny or var, or do you think it should be sufficient
 
I think you have a couple different options here... I think a really bad ass cutting cycle would be test prop, mast and primo... I think you could also run a ph as a kick, like helladrol or beastdrol... you could get good size and cut the fuck up... personally, i am going to be running a cycle very similar to this later in the year... just to give you a few different options...

i think your way too young to be running anything but you've already done two so I would rather help than lecture... I do like the fact that you have done a lot of research and have things in line... So if you need any help or advice, let me know... i would much rather you be safe... when it comes to cutting, thats more of my specialty... =)
