First post! shrugbar deadlift PR 585 (pic)
And I thought I'd share the love
It was one ugly rep, but then so am I so it's all good
I did 5x5 with 495-535 before hitting the max, then I did 3x5 with 405 in the full squat then some ab work (yeah I need it) I'm keeping it short and sweet and totally focusing on the ''big 6'' for the next 6 months
600's gonna be in the bag before xmas! thnx for reading & train hard...
