Hello everyone,

I recently joined on the advice of a good friend who knows im very interested in exploring hiv therapy, fitness, diet and steroids. I should preface this by saying that i havent done anything remotely athletic since 8th grade gym class, and that was a disater. I was never interested in sports, the only time I ever sweat is in the bedroom, or the garden. However, my partner has been hiv positive since '94 but has recently begun suffering from symptoms of full blown aids. He has always been a naturally healthy person, but more in terms of eating whole foods and doing yoga than actual weightlifting. Which he has been dabbling in and it has helped him maintain his weight better.

I work a lot, and havent been involved in his struggle as much as i should so Im trying to help as I can by learning more about the right way to work out, eat, and possibly even use anabolic aids which we know nothing about, but seems very promising.

i look foward to learning and sharing moe with you all,

Ray

good luck bro and welcome.

Thanks Milo, Im really finding out a LOT about training and nutrition and steroids. Its actually pretty intimidating, like where do I start? With my build, it will take me 5 years just to get average sized. I really want to look big and buff, but how attainable is it? I have yet to join a gym even, not sure what the hell to do in there. I hate sweating which is almost a phobia with me. I guess I need a gym that keeps the temp cool? Like I said, there so much to figure out its overwhelming.

If you don't mind me asking where are you from? No offense but I knew
of a guy that we called Gay Ray and he of course was homosexual.

Ive not gone by gay Ray in real life that Im aware of. Im very straight acting unless I get drunk and then I cant help but stare at guys packages. Did your gay Ray stare at guy bulges when drunk? LOL, I dont think Im your guy.

I understand aids is a brutal go around! Sorry to hear about your friend.
I obviously don't know his current health condition but there is a comp[any that makes some great natural products you might want to check out. It's called Beverly International. They make one product in particular that may help your friend and even yourself. It's called Muscle Synergy. The original research they did, they used cnacer & aids patients due to the terrible catabolic effects those diseases have on their victims. In a six week study, they did a double blind test. Half the patients recieved a placebo the other, Muscle Synergy. The placebogroup continued to deteriorate while the Synergy group had an average gain of 6.4lbs of lean muscle. This was WITHOUT exercise. Now I'm sure the marketed product is probably not as potent but when I tried it I was on a heavy DNP cutting cycle (very catabolic) and I actually gained 8 lbs of lean mass in 6 weeks. I'm a true believer in this product, you ought to check into it.
Welcome and best of luck!
