just starting my cycle it will be :
sust 500/wk 1-10
deca400/wk 1-10
dbol 35mg/day wk 1-4
winny 50mg eod wk 9-12
liquidex .5 mg / day for 3 1/2 months

i bought b-5 for acne
zinc for ?
and i havent bought ala yet i guess i really need to but how much will i need just for maintanance or liver protection im not interested in taking too much I hear it makes you tired , and where should i buy it ??

jsn...it's hard to say how much ALA you should take given the variety of compounds you're taking. Personally I'd go with 1500mg/ED divided into 3 doses.

i agree with jc21, thats a lot of shit to just cram in your body seein how your body has no clue what it is. if you want to take the deca and sust, lower the dosage, id go deca 300mg/wk and the sust about400. dont forget post cycle either. clomid will save your gains.

there are countless people Ive talked to on this board about a bulk cycle and this regimen has been HIGHLY reccomended
I just started so if you think its way to much then someone please help me design a bulk cycle that will produce serious gains yet not be overboard

maybe drop the dbol to 20-25mg/day if you start to get to many sides. you shouldn't see to many from this cycle. Deca is mild...Dbol can be harsh with the sides.

yup, with no l-dex or arimidex, I would not go 30-35, but as Johnboy said 20 mgs a day.. That would be absolutely enough with that much deca and test... for newbie 20-25 mgs will kick in quite well...

I am running liquidex all the way through the cycle and I am thinking of dropping the dbol to 20-25 mg day but as for the rest
the deca sust winny ...is it really all that much ??

That was exactly my first cycle minus the winny and liquidex (didn't have liquidex then) and it only went 8 weeks. I know of many people who have done the same for there first. everything went smooth. You'll be fine.
