my source at the time was out of cyp so i used sustanon as my first cycle and i injected 500mg into my shoulder and the PIP was horrific

i used test prop my first pin, like a moron... its always best to start with a longer and less painful ester

Test cyp at 600mg/wk and I still use text cyp as a base for pretty much every cycle today.
