- height 180
- bodyfat % 18%
- training history 4 years
- previous cycle experience Dbol/primo //// dbol/test e /// Cut stack /// cut stack winz
- goals This time my goals is to get so much weight as possible (Bulk) :)

Diet is
07:00
oatmeal with Protein powder
09:00
Some fruit
11:00
Chicken + Salad
13:00
Protein Powder (Shake)
16:00
Some bred with Fish or Chicken

19:00 shake after trainning

19:30 Dinner Meat (Chicken / Fish / Beef) With vegatables

dude im not trying to be a dick, but looking at your cycle history, you should have a good deal more lean mass than you do..... something needs to be tweaked here before you do this cycle!

diet is weak to be honest... it needs a lot of work.
you need 4-5 solid food meals with quality protein and low GI carbs, then you can have a shake or 2 on top of that. you need to have protein with EVERY meal. you also need to space out these meals evenly and eat before bed also.

whats your training split man?

could you post it up so we can see if your on the right track?

at 18% bf you should be looking lean up before you do anything, your bodyfat could go to an unhealthy level if you go for a bulk again.

my advice would be to postpone this cycle until you have addressed the issues i have outlined above.

Agreed, BF is too high and you're not eating enough...
