First injection ever- how long should my ass hurt?

I just started my first cycle ever- test/deca/d-bol

Saturday evening, I injected four cc of Brovel test- 200 and 1.5 cc of Brovel nor-200. I used a 1.5 inch, 22 gauge needle and split the test into two injections of two ccs each, and used a third syringe for the deca (the syringes were only 3 cc max, and filling them all the way to the top would have made it a little difficult to do one-handed, especially since I'd never done this before.)

I used sterile needles, prepped with alcohol, and was sure to never touch the needle, so I should be fine. Today, though, I feel like Bruce Lee rabbit punched my ass about 50 times in the same spot. Is this normal?

It's probably the test. That is quite a bit of stuff to be injecting all at once, especially for a first timer.

Next time, put the DECA with the test, it should help kill some of the sting.

I sometimes hurt for 2-3 days post injection, until my body adjusts to the injections.

Did you massage the injection sites for 3-5 minutes after injesting?? If not it will help.

Also I sit on a heating pad the day after I inject! Of course I spend 10 hours per day behind a desk which makes it easy fo me to do!

Did you massage the injection sites for 3-5 minutes after injesting?? If not it will help.

No massage, but I went and did a light leg workout of leg curl/extension, and deep hack squat. I sit on my ass all day too, so the heating pad sounds like a viable option. Thanks.

Thanks for the input. As far as the dosages, I already am 6'2.5", 278 pounds naturally, so I figured I might need a little more. I'm running 20cc test and 10 cc deca for eight weeks. 20 mg TT d-bol ed for the first 3.5 weeks.
