So I have now been on nomatropin HGH for 3 months. I am very happy with fat loss and other results but keen to add a steady 2 to 4 kg lean mass now (I am 42, 75 kg and now < 10% body fat). I have done one cycle before and kept about 3 kg of the 5 or so I initially added. I have read quite a lot now and think the following makes sense. Please let me have any thoughts or advice
Week 1 to 8: testosterone propionate 100 mg EOD, Primobolan depot 100mg EOD and 10mg Anavar 2 x daily (stabilizes at about 120 mg of steroids in blood each day)
Week 1 to 12 (and for the past 3 months): HGH 2.5 IU 2 x daily for 5 days per week
Week 3 to 8: T3 20 micro grams going up to 100 and back down again split over 2 daily doses
Week 10: clomid 2 x 50 mg daily
Week 11 to 12: nolvadex 20 mg daily
