First EQ cycle

Hello ladies,
After doing some research, I've decided to do a single cycle w/ eq and see how it goes. Stats: Duathlete (Run/Bike/Run), 5'2, 107 lbs, and have been working out/training for most of my life. I'm in my late 20's now.

What have your experiences been with EQ? Any input on tbol mini-burst uses as well? I'm planning on starting on 50mg eq/week.

I just saw this... what is your goal with the EQ? Arwe you aware of the possible side effects? Facial hair growth, deepening of voice, acne, and clit enlargement to name a few. I am not a fan of enjectables for females really not a fan of injectable with a half life that EQ has far to risky of sides setting in and being stuck tell your body clears it.

Are you liftng weights at all?

What is your diet like be very spefic quanties and times you eat etc.

My primary goal is increased endurance. ...yes I've heard of the side effects, however from what I've read, it seems like they only come into play at higher doses - but I know there are risks with any injectable. I just started my second week of 50mg, no noticable effects yet.
I do lift weights - I have for most of my life. I'm very cut as it is and have a high metabolism. My workouts recently have been mostly on the bike, running, shoulders (2 prior surgeries and always have to keep them strong) and legs/core work. First race of the season is tomorrow. 5k run, 40k ride, 5k run.
What and when I eat depends on when I workout for the day. My MS degree is in exercise physiology and my undergrad was in clinical nutrition, so I have a pretty good handle on the diet portion. Protein is at 1.5g/kg daily so roughly 75g/day. Remember I'm only 110 lbs bodyweight to start ;). Fat is 25-30% of my diet, carbs are 35-40%, protein 35-40%.

I've used creatine in the past for strength in off-season and it worked well. I use cytomax during my long cardio days, but otherwise no other supplements. I've never tried AS until last week. But again, I'm taking a low dose and have yet to notice any effects. ...I just wanted to hear some reports and/or opinions. Thanks again.
 
From what I know, EQ is highly androgenic for females, for every AAs you need to asses your own dose tolerance for posible sides. A friend of mine used EQ in low dose and got sides relatively faster than those from deca.

To be blunt the dose is not that low 50mg is a dose that can be used to assist in pre transgender surgies. Of course you have not noticed sides in the first week that wont happen tell the 2nd or 3rd week as the half life on eq is 10 days that is when the build up will start. A true conservative dose for some looking for minimal sides is half of what you are taking now.

It is fantastic that you have a degree and all that but you did come here asking for advice and again to be blunt your not taking in near enough protein to support healthy muscle growth or endurance it should be closer to 110 grams per day.
 
Thanks for the input. All is appreciated. Since I'm looking for more sustained cardiovascular and muscle endurance, maybe I'll stay away - sounds like the sides could be worse than the gains. Any other advice is welcome.

EQ is good for endurance but it is a big risk with the side effects. Pull way back on the dosing bring it to like 12.5mg a week and see what happens a little really goes a long way. The lower the dose the less likely your chances are of side effects.
