I need a little help. And i dont need all the comments about how stupid i am and how i should read more about the drug. Because that is why i am here, to learn a little about before i jump out in it.
I am 160 weight 79, have attended gym for 12 years on and off. I can bench 130 Kg. But what my plan is :: I want to bulk up a little bit before stripping my self down. I dont want to use needles. I have already thin hair, so i guess Provirion is not good for me
I would like to keep as much hair as possible.
But what do people say to that i will take on wins for 4-6 weeks, and take about 320 gram of protien everyday together with udo`s choice and normally fish oil. For these weeks, i will do a little cardio, but my main focus is on gain lean mass. in week 7 i will take some clen, and still focus on my mass, but do extra cardio. I will still have a big intake of protien, but i will make sure i will burn more calories then i take in. Then the clen can help me keep my muscles right?
Just say if there is something i can do better different. Honest i dont know what pct means, i am from a not english speaking country
I am know that dbol i effective, but i am a little afraid that it is to effective for my first try at this.
I think that next time i wil try dbol wins and provirion or anavar
