first deltoid injection! Ouch!

Hey boys, i just did my first deltoid injection... is it supposed to hurt right after? Its not a sharp pain... but, just a soreness. I used a 1.5inch 23 gauge, and went 75% all the way in... i know its kinda big, but thats all i had.

put a warm wash cloth on it and rub it in circles , it'll be a pain and lump for about 3-6 days . what was it ? sus ?

It was a sust/primo/eq ... 2 cc each side.

I've always heard not to put more than 1Ml in a delt, but I'm very curious as to how you make out bec' I'm on Maxigan and fina right now and I'm running out of places to put it all.

Yeah, you can put 2cc's in your delt no problem. I done it many many times.

Of course you can put 3ccs in your glute and up to 6ccs in your thigh (if you stick once in the lower, once in the mid, and once in the upper thigh...2+2+2)

2cc is quite a bit, but should be ok.... i started at 1/2 cc, and have now worked up to 1 1/2 cc in each delt. Mine stung the first time, it will be better next time, plus you will get your technique down a little better, and you may want to get some 23 ga 1 in. pins.

1.5" is too long for delt injections unless you have cannonballs for delts. 1" is more than enough...

What, are you on a desert island? Just go buy some 23/1's. For me, they're pain free in the delts with EQ.
