overall i feel great, biceps got a great pump today, and my back is felling awesome. i tried to do bent over rows but i can never seem to get the form right and it hurt my lower back, so i ditched em, didnt wanna risk hurtin my back permanantly

No deads? Maybe you just forgot to list it above...cause you know deads are key to a good back session :D

Looks good otherwise. Oh yeah...you might want to consider adding deads :D

yea i know i should, but i was talkin to a guy at my club today who is rather large to say the least, and he said deads are completely unnecessary unless i do powerlifting, which i dont. he said they just mess up yer back in the long run

thats just one guys opinion

far too many people on these boards praising the effects of deads to not do them

they have improved my back a lot in the short time i have been doing them

Yep...I saw significant gains in my back after starting deads 6 months ago. It's a great compound move. Search around the boards before you rule them out...lots of info out there.

squats are on friday :D

i might do deadlifts like every other week, im just not sure yet, i gotta read more about em

my story on deads

I never use to do heavy deads, i always used a 10 rep scheme. It worked good, It was intense. I always figured if i didnt do heavy deads that i wouldnt be strong, not true. After doing light deads for 6months i decided to do a 1 rep max. I pulled a 450 easy......This just goes to show that heavy deads arent really needed, my best gains came from a 4x10 routine.

I didn't say heavy...10-12 rep sets are fine...that's where I work. Maybe throw in a heavy day every once in a while to change things up.

Deads...do 'em!
