First Day of DC training

That's how I felt when I tried DC. I had to stop because I couldn't keep the schedule... but I loved how DC made me feel.

All I can say is wow. I already feel myself getting sore and the pump I had was incredible. I havent felt that good since the last time I was using gear. For those who are skeptical I recommend giving it a try
