Hey im a 34 yr old male starting my first cycle. I am doing Test E 250 per week. I am moving my shot day up 1 day per week will i get better results. And any other sugestions would be great...

Cool man. You could do a cycle of 250 a week, but the average first cycle is 500 a week. Two shots. One Monday and one Thursday to keep blood levels stable. 250 mg a week probably isn't going to do anything for you.
 
how many years are you lifting ?

what does your pct look like ?

what have you got in-hand to combat sides?

are you using an AI ?

are you going to use hcg ?

250 is a tad low, 700 is too high, 500 is a sweet spot among many, so likely will be for you. I'm interested to see your response to columbos questions though. They are vital

People say that so that you can see what the test is going to do to your body, and how your body reacts. Common sense tells you to start out at a low dose, then work your way up. But the benefits to sides ratio is to high to not run it 500 week in my opinion. Your sides probably wont be much different running 500 then 250, but your benefit will probably greatly increase. Also, columbo asked some great questions. You need to know the answer to all of those right off the top of your head before beginning a cycle. And you've already started, then I say find out the answers to them fast!
 
Columbo, i have Nolvadex 20mg day and my AI is Aromiblock, i dont plan on useing a hcg this cycle. I have been working out for about a yr this time. Any info for better results would help. My goal is to put some upper body mass on but cut everywhere....

I've been lifting and juicing more than most people on here and I still use 500 mgs of test per week. I think the highest I've eve worked up to was 750 mgs ew...some of the dosages you guys take today are just insane.
 
Hey wperkins, I have similar stats to you and I can tell you that I did my first cycle of test E last year @250 mg /wk and it was awesome. Gained like a crazy man, strength, size and definition. Everyone is different mind you. Slow and easy with aas is the general mindset with most of the good mods on here. Good luck to you.

anybody that says you dont get sides from test alone is an idiot ..anybody that believes them is a bigger idiot !

your pct should be solid and not dismissed as something " you dont need to go crazy on " ....

starting to cycle after one year of training is looking for a shortcut and is not clever for many reasons.

you DEFINITELY need to do more home work here my friend and take a more serious approach to what you are doing .
