First Cycle

Need opinions:

First time using Steroids,

Looking to trim some body fat and put on muscle, probably need to cut atleast 10-15% body fat:

It was recommended to me, to start cycling with tren and equipoise. As I have never used these products or any others before, I was going to start with half the dosage recommended, which would be .5ml of each the supplements, three times weekly.

Will I see the results I want, if :

1) I am holding a clean and proper diet,
7 AM - 8 Egg whites w/ half of a banana
10AM - Can Tuna w/ half a cup of Oatmeal
12:30PM - Can Tuna w/ spoon of organic peanut butter
3:00 PM - Protein Shake
7:00 PM - Chicken Breast, Salad (Balsamic Vinegar)
1 additional protein shake is taken

2) Working out five days a week, high intensity work outs

3) Conducting 30 min + cardio at least 3 days a week

Another thing, will this stack cause me to bulk up and actually look fatter instead of trimming the body fat and putting on the lean mass?

Please post your thoughts and comments.

I was recently told I should add .5ml of test into the stack . . . thoughts on thiss?
 
You need to break down your diet for us. How many total Protein/Carbs/Fats are you getting from your diet? Also what is your stats? Age, Height, Weight?

5' 10"
186LBS

Body fat is probably around 25% right now, have been lifting for quite some time, just started dieting for real 3 weeks ago, have seen a drop in body fat and appearance tremendously already.

I will get the proteins/carbs/fats together and post those.

5'10 and 186 w/ 25% BF?

Your going to want to check that BF % bro... No way it's 25% @ your height and wieght.. Unless you have no muscle at all.. I'll assume that isn't the case sinse you said you have been lifting for "quite some time"..

You're too young for gear imo. Keep up w/ the diet and make sure your protien intake is good. ie. @ least 200+ gms a day.

Yeah I don't know my actualy BF%, I was using a thing at the GYM and I think it is busted up . .
 
I wouldn't trust that. Those things that just go by height and weight are always high. I'm 5' 9" 172 and they always show me over 20%.
 
I think you need to do a lot more research on dieting, training, and steroids before even juicing....

I wouldnt do Tren and EQ for a first cycle.. Something simple like Test and winny. Do you even have a PCT lined up yet? Im not flaming by any means....You need to diet longer and get the body fat low as possible with out any kind of steroid. Just my two cents..
 
i agree with luang_go i wouldnt even add in the winstrol your first cycle you should do something like test enthanate just to see how your body responds to the test. I would run something like 2 shots a week at 250ml and see how that goes thats what i did my first cycle and i got huge i gained a little over 20 pounds. As long as you have a high protein diet and take 2x your body wieght intake of protein you;ll be set. I know people say 21 is young to start but im also 21 but ive been working out for about 3 years now so no one can tell you what to do but yourself but just make sure you educate yourself on everything before starting a cycle. make sure your diet is in check. you know wat pct is? and make sure you get the right stuff together before you start GOOD LUCKK
