First Cycle?

I have been working out all of my life. Just turned 38 and diagnosed with low test levels. Doc wanted to prescribe androgel, but from my research it seems to be a waste of money and time. Done my own research for about 2 years now and here is what I have gathered.

I am 5'10" 200 lbs with about 15% bodyfat. I have a very clean diet, and I work out 4 times per week.

Cycle -

Week 1 - 500mgs Test E - Monday and Thursday
Week 2 - 10 - 250mgs Test E - Every 4 days
Weeks 8 - 10 HCG - Not sure on dosage and frequency
Week 11 - Off
Week 12 -13 - Clomid - Also a little confusion on the dosage

I am very prone to Gyno. I actually had it when I was younger without any AAS.

So L-Dex - .5mg per day for first two week then .25 per day for rest of cycle.

Any help would be appreciated.

Week 2 - 10 - 250mgs Test E - Every 4 days
Weeks 8 - 10 HCG - Not sure on dosage and frequency if u r going to run it on cycle start around week 2 or 3 and go to the end. 250iu's 2X ew
Week 11 - Off
Week 12 -13 - Clomid - Also a little confusion on the dosage 4 weeks of the following dose schedule - 50 ed wk1/50 ed wk2/25 ed wk3/25 ed wk4

Thanks for the advice. You cleared up a few things. I just stick with the 250 every 4 days throughout the cycle. There is so much information out there, you just don't know until you get clear advice.

Any advice on supplements to take and supplements to watch out for during the cycle? Obvisously I have my protein, but I have been taken Nitrix, NO Explode and Cellmass. I am just not sure if there is anything I should add or subtract from my regiment.

Any sides I should expect from the Test E and L-Dex?

I am just not sure if there is anything I should add or subtract from my regiment. Creatine, Waxy Maize (do some research on this one), BCAA's, Whey Isolate protein powder are all good choices. But your overall diet will be the key. These are all just SUPPLEMENTS.

Any sides I should expect from the Test E and L-Dex? Water gain / Bloat, Acne, Hair Loss, Testicular Atrophy (temporary), Increased Strength, Increased Muscle Mass, Increased Hair Growth rate, etc. These are some of the things that could happen. I wouldnt necessarily say "expect"
