first cycle

I am 23 years old about 5'8 160 pounds lean but with abs, and have been lifting for about 2 years now pretty seriously, I eat very good atleast 160 grams of protein a day, I sleep good, and I am at the gym atleast 5 times a week comapred to a lot of people I know I am way more dedicated. I have seen good results naturaly and with creatine, considering that I used to be a very small kid, but I am starting to see less gains, and it kinda starting to get to me, I've been lurking and reading on this site for a while, and I read a lot about how so many people regret jumping into AAS the wrong way and wish they could go back and do it the right way with the expierence and knowledge that they have now. I am dedicated and do what it takes for best results, I want to still look solid and cut but I want to be bigger, I am also not to sure when to take everything because I want to have the best looking results for summer. I was thinking about doing 10-15 mg of Dbol 5 days on 2 days off for 10-12 weeks, what do you guys think? or should i just go with injections of regular test. I am ready for any flaming and criticism :chomp:

With 2 years training and at age 23 you might want to consider waiting a bit longer. If you tweek your lifting program and diet you may be surprised at the gains you can make naturaly. But if you do decice to do a cycle I would recomend using test e or test c at 250mg-500mg per week for 10 weeks. Some people will tell you that anthing less than 500mg/week is a waste but there are just way too many people who have made great gains on low doses to dismiss there merit. Start slow. See how you respond before you usume that you need more. At your age life seems like a sprint, but as you get older you realize that it is more like a marathon.. Good luck...

there seems to be a consensus on this board that for your first cycle it should be 500mg test for 12 weeks. i personally like test enanthate. string is def right about the dbol. gotta be taken at a higher dose and for no longer than 6 weeks, some people run it for 8 but i wouldnt advise for a newbie. also, make sure you have some novaldex incase of gyno and some clomid for pct.
 
10-15 mg of Dbol is worthless. Oral only cycles are frowned upon, and since Dbol is a 17-aa, it may hurt your liver so invest in alot of Milk Thistle. 25mg + per day is the standard dose for dbol, and since its active life is so short, you have to run it every day and not take those breaks. 10-12 weeks is way to long for a oral only cycle, so you'd might want to taper down to 5 or 6 at max.

Your best to just go with Test @ 400-500 mg / per week for 10-12 weeks as your first cycle, and follow it up with some Nolva/Clomid for PCT.
 
I don't want to look like an idiot by saying something like my friend said "this and that" but he is very educated, quote from my friend who is a very serious lifter, and also very educated with steroids. "400-500mg of test is too much for a beginer, im a biochemistry major ive read many Scientific journals that have studies with steriods the recomended human physiological tolerance for test, is 200-400mg tops and d-bols are a little risker , but only if u are taking like 10 a day
for a long time but at yer weight and yer dose, it is completey fine with no to little side-effects but great gains
but u can go shots, its up too u

but biologically the human body can handle and tolerate 200-400 mg of exogenus testosterone with little ad verse effects u go higher than that, then u risk, the usual elevated liver enzyme functuon, bad acne, high cholestrol, high LDL high blood pressure and all that" Sorry for the choppy formay it was from an IM, what do you guys think?
 
my first cycle was only 250mg test, but i stacked it with deca for 12 weeks so i cant say which worked better. the combination worked great though, i gained 30lbs before pct and 23lbs post.

sounds like the sides associated with any type of gear and not just test...and your friend who is "very educated" should have also told you the way any of these things affect people is all very individualistic...dbol only isnt very smart in the sense that youd lose most of your gains once you stop, and 17AA's (which dbol is) are harder on the liver then injects now to what degree who knows but the fact is they are...now onto your first post you say your 160 (with abs why that matters i dont know, but im sure everyone has abs just a matter on if you can see them) and you also said your gains are becoming less well then why not adjust your diet and up your cals and protein.....if you MUST use juice now which i dont think you should but your gonna do what your gonna do i suggest test enanthate 400-500mgs a week for 10 weeks and dont forget the PCT but your "very educated friend" also prolly made you aware of that too....sorry if it sounds like im being an ass here bro but i think with a simple adjust to diet you can begin to see gains again...i wish i would have waited to use juice (started at around your age) and i try to tell others the same, i have learned alot and grown more with a change in diet instead of spending money on cycles and im more happy this way.......good luck bro
 
I hate Orals and that amount of D-Bol wont do much..At your light weight I'd consider starting of with a straight Test Cycle 250-500 a week for about 10-12 weeks...This should show you some posative gains...

This is all you need. If you want to be super safe just due one amp a week (250mg). If you can't grow on this give it up and go join a pilates class. Oh, and by the way. Tell your friend to suck my balls! :p j/k
