First cycle

Ive got about 5 years of training in

Im around 200LBS

6'1

and loooking for a good first cycle

Some say I should just do a teste cycle? and responce to that?
 
yes everyone will tell you to do test only. just run 250 mg a week of test enanthate for 12 weeks and run proper pct with nolva and hcg.
my cycle preference is deca, but thats me, don't get the dreaded deca dick.
 
i mean its hard to say bro, i need to know your bf, but still your 200 lbs, the bigger you are the harder it is to put on weight. ya know 180-200 is cake compared to 200-220. what are your goals as well
 
ok, can u tell me your bf. imo test is fine, but if you want lean mass a little eq in the mix would be nice for shredding you up.
 
Besides your stats, it would also help to know something about your training & diet. AAS should only be used after you've tried to make gains by all other natural means (e.g., adjusting your diet, training, & supplements). To really make good gains on test or any AAS, you need to have these other factors in check first. It would also help if you stated your age.

yeah bro, i wasted deca the first time i ever geared up. took it had no clue how to eat or how much protein was needed. complete waste, don't even count it as a cycle. also i was thinking if your bf is low enough screw the eq test and some winstrol would rock.
 
im 20,

My workout is

Monday-Chest,Tricep
Tuesday-Legs,Abs
Wed-OFF
Thursday-Bicep, Back
Friday-Shoulders,
Saturday-Abs
Sunday-Off

Diet I try to eat 50g/Protien in 6 meals a day.
meat Selection: Steak,Chicken,Pork,Fish
Vegtables,Cottage Cheese,Peanuts (somtimes)
Fruit (Somtimes)
Oats,Eggs
Carbs-Rice, Pasta with nothing on it occasionally
Supplments-Whey,Creatine,Multivitamin,Nlarge2,ZMA,Glucosumine
