First cycle

Im starting my first 6 week cycle of test next week. How much size and strenght can I expect to keep until my next cycle? Im taking 6 weeks off. Im 24 6'2 215 18-20bf%
 
The gains you will get depends on a number of different thing diet, training, sleep and amount and what type of gear you are taking. This cycle is tooo short though. You'll be stopping the cycle just when the gains are starting to come. You need to run the cycle for at least 10 weeks.
 
6 weeks? what? r u for real? test will have just started to kick in at wk 4 then you stop it at wk 6. needs to be at least 10 imo. read some more into it man. what about pct? you made no mention of that either.
 
you need to get 10 weeks of test in at least... Also your BF% seems high why not cut down first to maximize your gains?

ok I'll run the cycle 10wks of test enanthate, and my diet is strict with mostly protein and some carbs. I run 2 miles everyday, along with playing in a basketball 2 days a week. I generally get 8-9 hrs of sleep per night.
 
Post up what you eat and let us know what your goals are... size and strength is what you mentioned. We will be able to tell you if you diet is going to get you to where you want to go...
I would do ten weeks myself. I also will only cycle if I have HCG and clomid on hand!
 
That's a lot of cardio. you need a lot of protein like u said, a lot of carbs and a lot of good fat. So how much test do u propose using? 250 mgs/ 500/ 2 grams ew??
 
u need to run for at least 10-12 weeks, have you been working with weights for a while, not just the other stuff?

I have been lifting weights for almost 9 yrs. I played college football and was on a strict program then. I just got lazy the past few months, and looking to get back into shape big time.

no , Im stil tryin to figure out how much this guy wants in his cycle. does he even know how much he should use? Of course 2 grams is a shit load, I was just seein if he knew that, which he prob doesnt.

So let's see what you have come up with. Proposed dosage of cycle, PCT, diet(breakdown of meals, breakdown of totals, anything), anti-e's, needle size? Need more info.
