First Cycle

First Cycle HELP!!!!!!!

I am thinking doing my first AAS cycle in a few weeks. My goal for this first cycle is to get as big and ripped as possible. For my second cycle i want to focus on strength. I am looking for cycle recomendations.

6'4"
200lbs.
6%bf
4 years lifting history

goal: to get to about 245 without going above 8%bf

you want to gain 45lbs and not gain more than 2% bf? get some more realistic goals bro. but a good first cycle would be test enanthate at 500mg/wk. that's an awesome first cycle that will yield great gains provided that diet is in check. 20-25lbs is more reasonable before PCT, mostly likely keep 15lbs of that afterwards.
 
i guess i could have been more clear. Here is the goal. 45 lbs by summer with however many cycles it takes. i guess i could go up to about 12%. The last recomendation i got was an 8 to 10 week cycle of Test cyp, Eq and dbol followed by PCT. I am know taking in around 6000 calories, 400g protein 350g fat and 300 carbs, and traning my ass off and have gained 10lbs of lean mass in 12 weeks....Not good IMO. I wants serious mass
 
you're getting 350g of fat? whoever told you that shit should be slapped in the nuts 3-4 times. that's an insane amount of fat, goddamn. i'm surprised you only gained 10lbs so far, maybe your metabolism is insanely fast but in any case, that can't be good for your heart.

anywho, testcyp, eq, and dbol is a good first cycle as well. most suggest test only cycles for a first to see how they react to it, then add a compound next time and judge the effect, so on and so forth.

and between now and summer still can't be anymore than 1 long ester cycle, averaging 12 weeks on, with 12 weeks of off time, bam, it's summer time after one cycle.
 
Not a good idea to use three types of AS for your first cycle. Stick With Test
only and see how your body reacts. How old are you and how many cycles do you think you are going to be able to fit into a 4 month span? Also 10lbs of lean mass is a nice gain. Why dont you stick to what your doing?
 
I have used deca but very stupidly. When i was playing high school football i would inject 250mg wed,thurs and friday without knowing anything about AAS. It sounds hard to believe but i went from 180 to 240 in 8 solid moths of training and using deca none stop like an idiot.. Have had all blod tests done 2 weeks ago and everything checked out clear as day. 350g fat?? that was sugessted by my boss, I trust every word he says he has owned a gym and trained hardcore for 18 years. He did one Ironman show and took first in his class and first all around. Very reliable IMO
 
well hell man. you gained 10lbs of lean in 12 weeks naturally so you're doing something right. stick with it. i've known a few bros that did deca only cycles. yeah, they work for mass and strength, but the sides are generally more pronounced. some lucky guys react differently though, your mileage may vary. good luck with whatever you decide to run.
 
I didn't even really know i was using a steroid when i used the deca. All i knew was that it turned me into a phsyco on the field i just need a detailed cycle to put on size not become another phsyco
 
Just go with a 500mg pw test only cycle, i would have suggested stacking the deca with that aswell, but you said it gave you probs. If you wanna do deca aswell then you could go for 500mg test pw, 400 deca pw, dbol 30mg per day for first 4 weeks. Get some nolvadex and dostinex to combat both types of gyno (precautionary) and get your PCT sorted aswell.
