first cycle

I am new to the board and this is going to be my second cycle but looking to get some advise before i start. My first cycle I took 10ml of deca200 .I plan on taking deca 300 this time 20ml not realy sure how I sould cycle it. If any one can give me any advise at all I would appreciate it

Bro, you're about to be flamed!

How old are you? How many years have you been training? Who reccomended you take deca only your first cycle? Deca 300 is going to be your second cycle? In my opinion, you have'nt even done your first yet!
I'm not even going to ask what you have planned for PCT because you won't even know what I'm talking about.
You need to do some serious research. Seeing shit like this blows my mind!

I'm 24 years old I have been trianing for about 1 1/2 years not for competition just for physical fitness not realy trying to gain alot of wait maybe 10-15 lbs last time I took the deca 200 it leaned me out a little and I gained about 12lbs so I justed figured I would try it again and your right about the PCT but that is why I'm asking you guys before I start.

let me take a shot at this guys:
first. did you notice any problems with your libido or sex drive when taking deca only ? if not, you're one of us lucky ones. if you dont remember, well better safe than sorry. if you can get ur hands on some test, it is good to take test w/deca to combat poor libido. if not, a deca only cycle can be a very good cycle, but i would take some dbol with it if you can get it. if not, deca only can be done, not recommended however. get some dostinex (cabaser/ cabergoline) --(look it up, or ask about it there are threads on it)
PCT is post cycle therapy. there is a forum on pct at the bottom of the main page of discussion boards. read them, ask questions there about what pct is required for a deca cycle. i have used qv300deca and i personally love that stuff. i love deca, makes me fuck all night too. i ran it at 300mg/week with 500mg/week test enth. good cycle.
thats a start at least. feel free to jump in guys.
 
Has anyone (besides the young fella seeking advice) run Deca by itself? What kind of gains, and were you able to keep them? Was acne or mood a problem at all? Gyno from the progesterone?

I'm considering deca as an alternative to test b/c of sides. Test makes me happy but the acne and estrogen-sides are not worth it to me. Is nandrolone any easier on most people?

I really want to do a cycle of deca and d-bol for my next cycle, or just deca. No one flame me--these are my thoughts Goddammit!

Deca users chime in here, please. What was it like?

If you put on 12 lbs. on 200 mgs. deca a week for your first cycle, your're chances of putting on 15 lbs. @ 300 mgs. a week for your second are not great. I would definately mix it with some test. If you don't want to swell up too big, just take about 250 mgs. of test a week (although 500 would be optimum). 250 mgs. of test and 300 of deca should give you what your're looking for...15-25 lbs. of muscle. Remember that your're not going to keep on everything you gain during the cycle. It's two steps forward, one step back. Don't forget PCT!
