First Cycle

Hi i have been reading this forum for a while now and it's great i have just started my first cycle -
1 - 200ml of Deca every four days
3 - tabs of Dianabol per day
1 - Nol per day

i am into my 4th week now and it's hard to see any changes although my strength is still going up, i'm eating loads although not too stickey on the fat intake yet as i'm hoping to gain more muscle then lose fat for summer. i have trained with weights for years and now have tried just a bit of help, any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Nolva isnt gona do shit if the Deca starts fucking with you. You will need to get some Dostinex/Cabaser or similar. Personally i would have gone with a test only cycle first but youve started now!

actually i'm Scottish is that better or worse???
i was advised to take the Nol because of the Dianabol and am planning on increasing to 5 tabs a day then onto 8. Getting quite impatient on seeing results although loving the strength gains.

How long have you planned your cycle for? 8 weeks? 10 weeks? 12 weeks? what kind of PCT (post cycle therapy) have you thought about if any? did you get your baseline values (bloodwork) done before you started this cycle?

Secondly, you need to do some more research on what deca and dbol really do to a system...how they work together and if the results are what you're looking for. Knowing the chararcteristics of particular AAS is 25% of the battle, obtaining the right ones is 50% the battle (don't ask me where and how, either), and dieting and training with them is the remaining 25%...

A little more information as far as body measurements, age, etc. would be helpful, too.

The deca should just be starting to kick in. The dbols shoulda got you kick started though. Def. no need for nolva w/ the deca like rod said. It ain't gonna do shit for ya' if you start having gyno symptoms. How much longer are you running the dbols? I would quit at the end of this week. 4-5 weeks is about as long as you want to run those.

How many mg are the dbol? Whyd you pick deca and not a test?
 
I hate to say it, but its pretty late in the game (4 weeks) to be posting the first request. Please don't take this the wrong way, cuz it not a flame, but I'm seeing some real issues with what you've given us. Your cycle plan is outta whack if you're on week 4 and are only at 15mg a day, how are you going to get to 40mgs a day? How many weeks are you gonna stay on the dbol? Not that I think you should even think about that dosage first cycle. My point here is that first you should be noticing gains by week 2 from dbol. Second point, is that you aimed too high for your peak dosage and haven't got a solid plan to increase to that dosage anyway, unless you plan to be on dbol too long. To top it off I'd have some definite questions about the dbol, even at 15mg, since this is your first cycle and its been four weeks. The other advice about the additional factors you haven't addressed are also valid. Not trying to flame you bro, but this is a perfect example of why you should post and get this info BEFORE you start. That way we can advise you as to what you should do instead of just tell you what you've done wrong, which is no fun for anyone.

the cycle i've been told to try was -
9 - weeks on deca
Dbol-
week
1 - 5 tabs
2 - 6 tabs
3 - 7tabs
4 - 8tabs
5 - 9tabs
6 - 10tabs
7 - 8tabs
8 - 6tabs
9 - 4 tabs
then week10 & 11 a HCG
this was with 1 nol each day,
but as this was my first cycle i have kept the Dbol low because of side affects.
