Hey guys, I'm thinking about starting my first cycle ever. I'm 32 5'11" 185 bodyfat approx 15% and have been lifting for a little over two years. I just can't seem to add any more muscle. I think my food intake has been decent. Right now its 3166 calories at a 40/40/20 ratio divided into 7 meals. I'm thinking about 10 weeks with 100mg deca and 100mg test cyp per week. What are your thoughts/comments? If you think this would be ok, will my current diet work or do I need more calories? Thanks
