First Cycle

Hey guys, I'm thinking about starting my first cycle ever. I'm 32 5'11" 185 bodyfat approx 15% and have been lifting for a little over two years. I just can't seem to add any more muscle. I think my food intake has been decent. Right now its 3166 calories at a 40/40/20 ratio divided into 7 meals. I'm thinking about 10 weeks with 100mg deca and 100mg test cyp per week. What are your thoughts/comments? If you think this would be ok, will my current diet work or do I need more calories? Thanks

Both dosages are way too low, Keep it simple for a first cycle Test enanthate or Cyp would be a good choice 400-500mg Wk Mon & Thurs.You could jump start it with Dbol 1-5 weeks.

Test 400-500 Week 8-10 wks
Dbol 25mg 1-5wks

I agree with Radar, those doses are terribly low. His recommendations for test/dbol are right on, you should gain very well if you eat big and train hard. Deca can also be added to pack on solid muscle, as it has a higher anabolic:androgenic ratio than does test, though many seem to have a hatred of the stuff. Your choice though
