first cycle!

I am looking at doing test enanthate at 500mg/wk for 10wks and dbol for wks 1-4 for a kicker. should I use like 50mg/day or what? What typically can you expect for gains in lifts like bench press 40lbs? ,curls 30lbs?,leg press 100lbs?. btw I have been training for like 5 years. sound like a good first cycle?
 
Test definitely makes for a good first cycle, and dbol will definitely help, although I wouldn't go higher than 30mg/day with that. I did a similar first cycle, though I used Eq as well (400mg/week of both test and Eq)...and I had awesome results (25 lbs and kept it all).

Make sure to include some ldex in there as well. I used 1mg/eod during my entire cycle and it didn't seem to hinder my gains.

No one will be able to speculate on your strength gains as so much depends on that, but if you eat right, and workout hard and properly, you should be able to increase your lifts by quite a bit...

Depending on weight I usually recomend 250-500mg of long acting test for a first cycle. Along with 20-30mg's of Dbol for the first 4 weeks.

Get yourself some post-cycle goodies and your good to go.
 
ONCE AGAIN........as stated about 10 times on every page in elite history, a first cycle should consist of one compound. Namely test. It should be test enanthate or test cypionate at 250-500 mg per week for 10 weeks. You could throw some dbol in there but i wouldnt do it. You should first find out how your body reacts to the gear before stacking.
