I am looking at doing test enanthate at 500mg/wk for 10wks and dbol for wks 1-4 for a kicker. should I use like 50mg/day or what? What typically can you expect for gains in lifts like bench press 40lbs? ,curls 30lbs?,leg press 100lbs?. btw I have been training for like 5 years. sound like a good first cycle?
