I WAS WONDERING IF YOU GUYS COULD GIVE ME SOME OPINIONS ON WHAT TO USE FOR MY FIRST CYCLE?I AM 6'1 BOUT 225 MY GOALS ARE TO ADD MASS AND STRENGTH I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING FOR SOME TIME AND JUST WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME SUGGESTIONS FROM YOU VETS THANKS ALOT.....i have been working out religously for about a year and a half the last 6 mons i have perfected my eating habits i stay away from fat as much as i can and watch my carb intake i am currently on protein vitamins etc etc i work out a 6day stretch sundays off spliting up my workout everyday so i know im ready to take this to another level i was thinking about using primo,deca,testx once a week bout 200mg for deca,primo,then 250 for testx and go from there...i want to gain mass and strength.ANY SUGGESTIONS ON MY CYCLE PLANS?????
 
in my opinion, deca, dbol, test is a good beginners cycle for mass and strength.

dbol 25mg/ed weeks 1-4
deca 200mg/w weeks 1-10
test 250mg/w weeks 1-10

I would go with sust/eq for a first cycle. Front load both, then switch to test prop for the last 3/2 weeks respectively.

Week 1-2 500mg sust/week
Week 3-9 250mg sust/week
Week 1-2 600mg eq/week
Week 3-10 300mg eq/week
Week 9-12 75mg test prop eod

I'm a big believer in Kiss-Keep it simple cycles, Dbol at 30mg per day for 5 wks and test300-500 wk 10-12 will give you some good gain esp for a first cycle.

I like to keep things as simple as possible on a first cycle.

Test (cyp or en) 400mg EW for 10 weeks.
Frontload the first week at 800mg and you won't need any dbol to kickstart.

If diet and training are good you should have no problem gaining 20 pounds. With just using one compound you will have a good idea as to how you react to steroids, and you'll have plenty of years of stacking ahead of you.
 
how does this sound-test enth 500mgs wk1-8, deca 300mgs wk1-8?do i have to add d-bol if i dont what are the negatives?? thank you
