First Cycle

Hi


Been bulking and working out intensely for the past eight months and i have been on and off to the gym for six years . I have always been a pretty skinny guy being underweight most of my life .

Have tried bulking couple of times before and had to stop due to various issues . Right now my diet is spot on and so is my training . Been pushing good amount of weight . At 28 there is ntohing much I am going to lose by doing a cycle.

I am at 144 lbs now looking at gaining atleast 15 lbs . I have researched and gone through every possible sticky about everything there is to cycling for the past two years . From Half lifes to Needle sizes .

I am looking at running 500mg/week of Test E for 12 weeks and clomid after two weeks of the last injection . Right running I am at 3300 calories a day with atleast 180 grams of protein .

My diet includes

Whey powder
Oats
Milk
Chicken Breast
Beef
Plantains

I am attaching a current picture with no pump and after eating . Please let me know if this will workout .

I certainly would give that a try if I havent already bought supplies for the cycle . 250 mg 10cc X2 Test E and the needles .
 
You didn't get everything you need you only have 2 bottles giving you a 10 week supply at 500mg not 12. You could just store it for a while because I can't imagine 144lbs being near your natural potential. How tall are you? How much weight do you consider a good amount?

Whether your goal is to be a powerlifter, bodybuilder, or just someone with a nice physique.. lifting and nutrition have to be a lifestyle, not just something you do for a couple months here and there. Now, you have hit it hard for 8 months, which is longer than most can say, but it is still not consistent enough for you to run a cycle in my opinion. That is why I say wait until your training and diet are a set part of your life before jumping on the juice. I think your results will be much better this way.

And just cuz you have a gun and bullets doesn't mean you go out and shoot people.
 
I don't see anything wrong with your cycle but I would recommend waiting for a few more months. I know you probably feel like you're ready now and you've got the diet down to a science but it's difficult to predict changes in your life and you don't want to start something like this ill-prepared. Just consider waiting a little while longer to get into a better routine. Then again, I can't really say much because I know I would be thinking the exact same thing as you.
Also, you don't have any rice in your diet? Adding brown rice throughout the day has helped me a lot in my bulking. Carbohydrates are important!

My mindset is that I don't want to be in my thirties to achieve the physique that I need . Enough years i have spent being skinny . And being 144lbs is a big change for me and I know how good i feel . So I was thinking what could go wrong with one cycle of test e with proper pct and guidance . No offence to anyone who has said I should wait .So with being just 144 lbs I am well below my genetic potential so I can keep most of it off the cycle as well . I just want to speed up the muscle gain .

This lifestyle is a marathon and not a sprint bro. What do you mean you don't want to be in your 30s before you get the physique you want? It's going to take a lot more than a steroid cycle to get there. They are not the shortcut that you think they are. The most important part is getting your training and diet in check to build a proper base first. At this point you are nowhere near ready. I started my first cycle at 36.
