First cycle

Sup guys, names Nick and a noob with the juice. I've been working out for the past 10 years and now I want to get bigger and stronger. Really don't care about getting shredded, I'd rather just get larger, I'm doing this for myself and not to impress the chicks with a 6-pack. I got my old lady that really doesn't care lol.

Stats:
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 205lbs
Age: 24 y/o
BF%: 12% (Guess, I'll post a picture later)

I want to run Test E 500mg for 10 weeks 1x a week (or would you recommend 2x 250mg? Still debating this)

Considering PCT:
14-18 Nolva – 40/40/20/20
14-18 clomid – 50/50/50/50
maybe spread out the pct a few more weeks?

I know there's some better PCT on the market but don't know personally. I've been doing a bit of research and there's so much variation and nothing set in stone. I;m kind of rushing this post so I may have missed something. What do you all think?

PS. My biggest hold back is that it is snowboard season... That means no more heavy ass leg days, more conditioning :(
 
There is a lot of great information on this website and a lot of great guys full of knowledge. But you forsure need to do some more reading and research. Toss out the nolva, very few people here will tell you its any good. Read more on pct on here there are a ton of great products. Run test twice a week.
 
in would do 2x 250 and would throw out Nolva and do the same pct as everyone else on here.

What does everyone else take, dosage? Everyone does something different and its hard to find an "average"? Keep the Clomid?
 
You should keep the Clomid, but you can lower the dose to 25/25/25/25 to experience less sides. Add in the Unleashed/Post-Cycle combo, Forma-Stanzol, and a natty test booster like DAA and you are good to go.

Hey bud, what they have explained to me was
Week 1/10 test E 500mg 250mg on Monday/Thursday
Week 2/10 aromasin 12.5 eod
Week 4/10 hcgenerate
Week 12/16 pct
Clomid 25/25/25/25
Unleashed/post cycle combo
Forma stanzol
Daa power chews
Hope I didn't forget anything but I'm sure if I did someone will fix it, you can get it all from chemical need, mrsupplements and needtobuildmuscle websites :)

Pin twice per week for reduced post injection pain and smoother levels.

Toss the Nolvadex. Known carcinogen in humans.

Include some ostarine with the pct.
 
yeah sorry to be so vague earlier all I meant was peep out some other peoples cycles and you'll see EF has the same pct for all basic cycles

Aussi muscle layed it out for ya bro but I'd run it 12 weeks at 2 250mg pins a week

Thanks everyone... this was a HUGEEEE help and I appreciate it. It seems like a TON of stuff, is it all really necessary? Everyone I talk to really just says take test E clomid and a pct.
I was thinking about waiting till the end of the season where I can beast legs again, it's quite depressing actually. No way I can drop snowboarding this year, I can workout all year long... I can't snowboard all year.
 
up i agree with the advice you were given. definately go 12 weeks and you need to lay off the snowboarding if you want to bodybuild. they don't mix well at all. next thing you know you have a fall and you tear or break something halfway through cycle then what? a waste is what .. you must workout your legs, you need a strong trunk, thats the #1 thing. don't be one of those guys who are huge in the upper body and have stick legs. its pathetic

otherwise you just don't need steroids, hold off till the spring in that case

NOnononononononono...... Leg day is my favorite day, I live for leg day. I make fun of guys who skip leg day, lets not get the wrong impression of me. My debate is exactly what you said, I don;t want to waste this and if I injure myself during the season, im fahkkked. I'll hold off till I get back to squatting my normal weight.
