First Cycle

the best thing you can do for a first cycle is either test only or test with an oral kickstart or an oral on the back end... thats plenty bro...
 
you aren't 11% body fat bro. dunno how you got it checked but that wasn't accurate, only accurate way to get it checked would be water dip.

you are more like 15-16%. which isn't that bad. i still think you can put on way more muscle mass than you have right now. 235 at 6 feet is hard to believe too but whatever.

Bro if u got ur.bf checked by the bf scale and ut read 11...thats not nec. Correct...those scales use the shortest length...i.e. Up one leg down another leg...does not credit to chexkimg any upperbody...i suggest u get it checked by a dif method...also i would say ur prob 17-18%

^^^ also the handheld ones you can cheat. if you don't put all 10 fingers/thumbs on the sensors it will make your body fat show up lower. and if you hold it tight vs. loose it can alter what it shows too.

the ones that people stand on are way off. according to those I am like 28% body fat or some crazy number lol
 
^ I appreciate the input I had it done with the electric one will use reg calipers to get accurate reading tomorrow I appreciate all the help

Yeah bro plus water plays a.role in number you get....funny thing.haha just today we were doing the handheld and standing scale one in my fitness.class...my.hand %was 5.
...my upper is hella lean but not a 5...cause.signal shoots from one arm and goes.across pec major to other hand....wish i was 5% tho :( but yeah i dont rely on thos elextrical scales...
