First cycle with Sust 270

Hello, thank you for taking the time read my questions. I did not think I was going to have to post on any site about this but my "sources" are giving me conflicting answers.

Facts:
Age: 25
Height: 5'10''
Weight: 190lbs
BF: 18%

History: Wrestler in middle school and high school. Weight training since middle school (6 years). I was always the heavy weight guy or 215lb. After high school I weighed 230lbs and wore size 36 pants. Over the next few years I began different diet plans and brought myself down to 175lbs. I am currently at 190 in size 32 waist. I am at the gym Mon-Fri 6pm-8pm. I am currently on the anabolic diet and have been for the last 5 months.

Cycle history/goals: I want to net at least 10-lbs (or more) of lean muscle on this cycle. I know that seems like a bit of a range but I have never ran gear before so I am not sure how I will react.I figured the best way to get answers is ask those who have experience. So I asked two of my friends who have ran gear before in the past. These are what they told me.

Gear used: Sust 250/270 (read below why 270 is in there)

Friend A: He tells me to run sust 250 at 500mg a week (mon and thurs) for 10 weeks. Use clomid 3 weeks after last pin at 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks ED. He also says that I will need to add carbs to my diet.

Friend B: He tells me to run Sust 250 at .5cc/125mg twice a week for 10 weeks. He says that since it is my first cycle you want to get all different strands to benefit the most. Being my first cycle, I "should" see pretty good gains with not having to use a lot of sust. He suggested clomid also suggested clomid at the same dosage. He also said to start clomid one day after last pin (????). He says to continue the anabolic diet but increase intake.

I am a little worried that they are both misinformed. After researching on my own I have still come up with different results. Most people have said sust has to be ran at 500mg a week (or in my case 540mg) to see good gains. Every now and then I will see one person that says 250/270mg a week will yield good results. I was able to use a local guy for sust 250 but when I picked it up it was actually GP Sust 270. I am the type of guy that I like to do A LOT of research, especially when putting stuff into your body, before I start. Before I start this cycle I just don't want to be wasting my time or money by not doing it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Run Sust at 1/2cc eod... That gets you around 400mg week perfect for first cycle. ..add gw and s4 to this cycle run for 12 weeks. .
Pct 4 weeks Clomid 50mg ed nolva 20mg ed run aromasin and osta with pct as well
Get gw and s4 from sarms1 best around

Well, yes ... and no. See, the thing with running Sust successfully (or at IT's most successful) is that you need to pin it once a week at a higher than average dosage.

My advice to anyone looking into running Sust is to pin it at a minimum (or starter's average) of 750mg every Monday. A lot of people jump through the roof when they read this, but as far as I am concerned, it's purely because they don't fully grasp how Sust is put together and how it really works.

Sust is composed out of multiple esters ... short esters for the quick 'oomph' which take a few hours to kick in and are out of your system in a couple of days, medium esters to assist in gradually building up the levels of test in your blood which take a couple of days to take full effect but has left your system a few days later and then long acting (or slow) esters which take a few weeks to build up to a decent level.

Due to the various different esters in the sust blend (usually 4-5 esters), there cannot be really 'astonishing' dosages of any blend, otherwise the compound would be too 'heavy' to inject without some serious discomfort. Yes, the average Sust is 250 - 325mg/ml, and in comparison to your average Cyp dosage (100-250mg/ml it seems like almost the same value for money, but it isn't. Keep in mind that the (in your case) 270mg per ml of Sust has different esters in the blend which all ADD UP TO 270mg ... so THE COMBINATION OF THOSE ESTERS = 270mg i.e there is only smaller amounts of any given ester in the blend. Hence I advocate the higher dosage pins on a once-a-week protocol with Sust (or any Test Blends) so as to assist you in really getting levels worth mentioning into your system.

Now, the reason many people advise pinning it EOD or 2xweek is due to the following:

EOD = Due to the short esters in the blend - BUUUUUT, people forget that there are also medium and long esters in there as well.

2xWeek = Due to the long (slow) esters in the blend, BUUUUUT, people forget that there are also short and medium acting ester in there as well.

Thanks for your reply. It does help and I apprecaite your feedback. With this theory in mind, using sust 270 at 540mg's a week (mon-thurs, 1cc pins) should be ok then correct? From my research to take advantage of both short and long esters, 540mg a week seems to cover that the best. I think one shot of 750mg a week would work but that seems a little much for a first cycle but I could be wrong. If sust is not a good first cycle I would be open to other ideas as well. I want to do this correctly the first time.
 
Can hit the Sust twice week like you talking blogs levels Jay won't stay as stable as it would if you hit eod.. honestly first cycle I'd stick to single ester run test e or C at 400mg week add gw and s4 from sarms1 and you good to go
 
First Cycle = Test Cypionate or Test Enan @ 400mg/wk for 12 weeks with Aromasin on hand for any possible Estrogen sides. Have PCT ready to start at week 14.

The more research I do, the more I am leaning towards this. I may just save the sust for aster cycle. I am thinking of running test cypionate at 500mg, 2x a week, Monday and Thursday. Running this for a 10 week cycle. I am still trying to find some AI though and seems like no one around me can get any. Does that seem like a better suited first cycle? Does it require a kickstart?
 
So I have decided to hold off on the sust. I got some cyp 200 instead. I bought (2) 10ml bottles. Is it better run 400mg for 10 weeks for 500mg for 10 weeks. Pins will be mon-thurs. 500mg will require to pick up one more bottle which is ok.
 
I like what Essie said... But to me just reading your background it seems you have some good genetics to fluctuate your weight so easily and then to put on some good amount of weight. If you're like me you will then have the ability to put some quality mass on without the aas. The right food with some supps and I think you could go even further natural really. It used to drive my friends crazy that while they were pinning I was drinking my shakes and creatine haha. With that said if you do take the aas route then a one compound aas cycle like Essie laid out will be ideal for you IMO, with of coarse an ai on cycle and a solid pct. My first was testp for 8 or 10 weeks.
 
Thanks for your input. I decided on test cyp after further research. It just makes more sense as opposed to sust for a first cycle. I am going to run test cyp at 400mg a week for 10 weeks although I have been considering a 12 week cycle. I do have the some ability to fluctuate weight and I'm hoping I really benefit from this well.

Would the anabolic diet be good to continue while on gear? I have read mixed opinions on it while using gear.
 
I don't have a lot of experience with that specific diet but there is a really good write up on evo on diet, check it out. As you gain more experience you will know what works for you. I think an extreme diet is ok for 2-4 weeks initially then after that stick with what works. So at 190 pounds I think you wrote there is still plenty room there for growth for a solid foundation depending on specific goals. Since you may be an easy gainer muscle will come but even faster so can fat. The fats that store keep to a minimum and that will in deed make the aas worth every penny. So be conscious of that. For me to grow I gotta eat just something that works for me. Shakes are ok but food is the deal breaker. So eat a lot depending again on your goals. Good choice with the single compound test run. Make a log if that helps and post it. Make sure you have all your ancillaries and pct in hand. Stay healthy lift smart best wishes.
