Long time reader, first time poster. On to my question;
I'm planning to use a cycle for the first time(like a virgin). I was 178 lb with 13% BF (all natural) and now down to 150 lb with around 6% BF. I want to add around 20 lb of muscle while keeping my body fat around 6%. What type of juice/cycle can i use to acheive my goal without the least amount of side effects( I would like to have the simplest cycle). Please advise.
