first cycle, winny

Im 30 y/o. Lifting experience 2 years. Height 5.11, weight 167lb. Bf 10%. Im endo-meso! My goal is aesthetics; lean mass and definition (fitness model). I have decided to give a try my first cycle with winstrol depo. 50ml 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Any tips about training on winny? my diet will be rich in protein, low in fat and moderate to low in carbs. What else should I add to this cycle? Are aminos enough to add? vitamins and minerals? glucosamine? Omega-3? What training program is good for this cycle? set/reps? Sorry for many questions. I googled and couldnt find anything about specialized training on winny. And winny depo solo is good? Thanks
 
it was my first cycle... it works... the only sides i got were achy joints, but i find that remedies with 2 gallons of water/day... it did not hurt my libido at all and recovery was simple with clomid only... diet will be key, but you can really get a lot out of winny... still one of my favorites...
you should really go the oral winny route though... after you inject it you will probably just decide to drink it ;) ...yes you can drink winny...
 
with something like winstrol, the difference is very negligable from inject to oral...
if you can get oil based winny you could give that a shot, but winstol in a water based preperation (which is much, much more commonly found), is pretty painful for a first time user... considering winny requires daily consumption, and you cant just pin the same site over and over, there is a good possibility that you will have a lot of sore spots on your body, potentially limiting your workouts...

clomid is a serm used for restoration of your bodys HPTA... its a staple of PCT (post cycle therapy) and used to get your natural testosterone production up and running...
you will not be shutdown as hard with winny as with many 'harsher' aas.. but you will want to run some type of PCT... clomid alone should be fine... it sounds like you may have quite a bit more research to do...
 
Water based winny is painful in glutes felt like I got bashed everyday with a baseball bat lol
 
This was also my first cycle. I didn't really know what I was doing as far as aas use went but I trained like a beast and ran it at 50 mgs a day for six weeks. I started at 195lbs 12% bf and ended at 185lbs 4% bf without a change in my diet. My only advice would be drink a ton of water, run n2gaurd during cycle as well as some hcgenerate or something to help keep your balls working and run a full pct because I didn't and I was a mess after. May wanna pick up some joint repair too I felt like tin man for a while after. As with all aas not everyone's reaction is the same I'm just trying to help you prevent feeling like a bag of ass after your cycle because I had no idea that could happen and it ruined my life for a good three months and it's simple to prevent.
