Im 30 y/o. Lifting experience 2 years. Height 5.11, weight 167lb. Bf 10%. Im endo-meso! My goal is aesthetics; lean mass and definition (fitness model). I have decided to give a try my first cycle with winstrol depo. 50ml 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Any tips about training on winny? my diet will be rich in protein, low in fat and moderate to low in carbs. What else should I add to this cycle? Are aminos enough to add? vitamins and minerals? glucosamine? Omega-3? What training program is good for this cycle? set/reps? Sorry for many questions. I googled and couldnt find anything about specialized training on winny. And winny depo solo is good? Thanks
