First Cycle - was going great and then...

absolutely NO appetite... when I eat, my stomach hurts and starts cramping. 3 weeks in... first 2 weeks I shot up 15lbs!!!! Well proportioned size... looking good!

cycle - 250mg test(e) e5days AND hcg 2xw @ 250iu

just ordered and recieved some liquidex thinking that this was a bloat problem... but now I am sorta thinking it is an anxiety problem...

can someone please shed some light before I have to throw in the towell and advocate antiAAS the rest of my life.

how arew you training bro....you hitting the gym hard....I get this same problem around the same time some times....just keep shoving in the food as much as you can blast the gym to work the body hard and it will start asking for food.thats what I always do....not saying it cant be some other underlining problem...


are you used to eating a lot of food or is this the first time you have started eating lots of solid foods like this....it could just be your body trying to get used to digesting all this food every day....you could use some digestive support sups lots of bro's use them when bulking

I work out hard! That is the only time my stomach isn't in a knot. I am used to eating 2000-3000k a day even before this cycel... And what you gotta keep in mind is that my appetite is suppressed far more than what it is when I am 180lbs and not on AAS! You would think it would be at least the same as it was. Something is interfering.

what about anxiety? I am going to borrow a couple of XANAX from a friend of mine to see if that helps... is that a bad idea?

and at risk of grossing you guys out, i can go days without having a BM!

uhmm 2-3k a day is starting point. And you should be having a BM at least once a day. Seems like your having difficulty digesting your food, and is causing a 'backup'. How much fiber do you usually get?

I've gone through periods of 'non-hunger' a lot. Don't focus on eating a lot at one time during this, just keep eating all day long. Slam your shakes all day long, and eat whatever you have to.

I can tell you lots of people have experenced boosts in appetite using dermacrin
it also has mood inhansers that give you a instant feel good felling when you take it

its always worth trying some thing before you go the meds root.

yeah, fiber may be the key... the no vacancy theory makes sense...
 
I was going to suggest the same thing - get yourself some psyllium husk fiber (powder or caps, whichever)... that's the best fiber IMO. It will keep you regular and get you back on track. Give it a few days. Take a serving before bed for starters the up the frequency if necessary.

Also, I would suggest shooting every 3rd/4th day... or every Monday and Thursday.
And if you're running HCG throughout your cycle, you should definitely be running an AI with that.

ahhh thanks... will check that out as it makes the most sense... ok, i recieved my liquidex today (dropper bottle)... I know you are supposed to take .5mg every day but how much is that in the dropper? And what is good to mix it with to drink it?

Definitely dude. 15 pounds in two weeks on 250mgs of test though? Damn! Take a shit and your gonna drop half of that. You are backed up like nobody's business. You can go with Ex-Lax or Senna Tea for the next couple nights to get things started, suppository if things are really bad, and add in some metamucil twice per day. You can up it to three times a day, but better start off a little slow to avoid cramping from that. The Senna Tea is "all natural" (Ex Lax has senna in it too) and will work for sure overnight. Chill on the anxiety thing and hold off for now on the xanax. Taking aything else that might back you up, Vicodin, etc?

The whole dropper is 1ml. Don't mix it with anything. They already have some stuff in it to help absorption.
 
Yeah, I thought I answered this earlier today in your other thread. You must be really hurting. Go to the vitamin store and get some senna tea right now. Try what Mac said earlier about stuff for digestion. You can also by a cheap digestive enzymes vitamin that will help process some of that extra protein you are pounding.

Senna tea. Go.

just got back from getting physillium fiber (yeah that fast - and took a dose!)... going back out!

ok back... couldn't find the senna tea, but I found senna softgells... just took a dose on top of the fiber... should be in biz here soon!

Ladycandy,

Fiber is a good start. I would be cautious about laxatives or anything that is going to try and force the body to go. Though unlikely with your age and health, there is a risk for bowel obstruction and forcing things is not the answer for that but would be more harmful. I have seen people die due to complications with bowel obstructions. Are you passing gas? Are you having any trouble breathing, particularly on inspiration or when you take a deep breath in? Also, I would stay away from the XANAX. Stuff is addicting and can make some people even worse sometimes. I have a lot of experience in this matter (not personally, but as a health professional). Stick with some foods high in fiber like fruits and grean leafy veges to up the fiber. If this doesn't get better, a simple X ray can reveal how full you are, in spite of the embarrassment you might feel. Hope this helps. Thanks for the reply you sent me.

The psyllium fiber alone will do the trick, trust me. It's not quite like other laxatives where it makes you run to the bathroom and you feel like you have a fountain coming out of your ass (pardon my french *grin*). I don't recommend mixing fibers and laxatives. Stick to the psyllium for now. You might want to use a higher dosage than they recommend.. .it's ok.

Also, regarding the Liquidex... use a needle-syringe to measure it. It's the most precise way. The dropper that comes with the bottle won't give you an accurate dose. Also, mix it with lemon juice - trust me on this. It's tried and true, it will mask the taste (as long as you don't hate the taste of lemon juice). You can even mix a little water if you have to.

well too late on mixing the fiber and senna... but will stick to only the fiber after this...

regarding the liquidex... I didn't think the dosage was a whole lot (less than like a shot of alchohol), so not sure why it is so bad getting down... will use your technique however... after the fountain stops pouring! :artist:
 
when i'm on, appetite control is usually my problem. . .my guess? it's not the test. more likely your diet. . .are you ingesting significant amounts of whey protien? you may have become lactose intolerant.

I totally agree with this... if you are on and working out hard, you shouldn't have to stuff your face when not hungry, the appetite should follow...

do very little why protein.... it has a lot of cholesterol
 
also one final note... if this fiber does not get me going, I have one final theory... 9 days ago I did legs and I never use a weight belt. I did this workout and I would put it on EXTREMELY tight before my squats. Perhaps that disrupted something...

called docs today and none were taking new patients nor had any openings today... may go to ER later if no poo
 
Drink tons of water... fibre (even psyllium husk fiber) is useless without water... fibre without water is like concrete in your bowels. When I'm eating really big I have to take some digestive enzymes with my meals.

Most of the gas that a person farts out is air that they swallowed while eating. The first thing a surgeon will ask you after bowel surgery is have you passed gas? The fact that you farted tells me that you are not that bad off. I had problems like this before myself. I dropped using whey protein and now use egg whites. No more "back ups" and my body feels much better. I have no connection with egg whites international other then a customer. But I find their product to be very nice to use. It's not powdered but pasteurized egg whites so they are still liquid. I cook with them and use them like water or milk in the shakes I make. My FAV dish is to heat up some blue berries with cottage cheese, oat meal and cook all this with a couple of cups of egg whites. Keeps me regular and is high in protein and anti-oxidants.
 
It may very well be anxiety. I had this problem many times throughout high school. My stomach just felt full all the time and tight. Are there any problems in your life that may be causing you stress that your mind is somehow avoiding and your body is compensating for it?

going through the very same problem at the minute. on week 4 of test e 500mg pw and dbol at 45mg pd.

if the orals may be the problem ill know at the end of the week when ive finished the dbols. hope this is the problem as im woried about making better gains while i just cant eat what im used to eating normally!

well i have had no luck with...

- fiber
- laxative (senna)
- drinking TONS of water

are you using an AI such as arimidex or liquidex? I just got mine today but havn't tried it yet.
 
this may help in some way I guess, to be honest man, if it is anxiety try taking a xanax or kolonapin or something along those lines, even a valum. the reason I say this is because for some reason those type of anti depressents go right threw me and loosen me up and I usually always take a shit when I eat one of them...so that may be something to try if you no someone or have some laying around..or you could jus go grab an 8 ball, lay out a large fucker, and rack it down, try to get some shitty shit, cuz the shitier it is, the faster you will poo the number 2.. cut it up, lay it out, and pipe er down. then comes the brown...

psyllium fiber takes a while to kick in bro, be patient... I take it at night before bed... I usually wind up going to the bathroom the next day mid-morning. Just relax, you're working yourself into a tizzy! *grin*
 
I agree with the earlier person talking about passing gas. Thats why I asked you earlier in a different thread you started about gas. Its a good sign if you are passing gas. Also, not that this is going to be a relief, I have seen people in the hospital not go for 2 weeks. Their belly's are so distended and they look like they are about to burst....can be very painful. Hope you feel better. I think time is what you need along with the aforementioned suggestions. I think if you are passing gas you should be fine with a laxative, but like I said, an X ray can tell a lot...worse case scenario....and a CT scan of the abdomen will tell a whole lot LOL......but $$$

Absolutely. If you've put on 15lbs in two weeks, the majority of that is most likely water. Basically, the more you drink the less you hold. Dehydration can DEFINITELY cause cramping and keep you from dropping a good deuce. Make sure your H2O intake is up and hopefully you'll be fine. Happy Pooping!
