I am 5'6"
165 lbs
around 17 percent body fat
29 years old
I have been working out for about 10 years now (in the military) and I am in relatively good shape. I would like to start putting on mass for the first time. I have decided after doing some reading to do just Test for my first cycle or two. My questions are:
1) How much Test and what kind should I take based on my goal of mass and my Ht/Wt. Also, how long should I cycle for.
2) What type of PCT and how much should I take based on the first answer. How long should I be doing a PCT?
3) Is there anything that I should be taking along with the Test to help negate side effects, or is the PCT enough?
Now before you flamers get all worked up, I know that I could most likely find all of this info scattered across the internet and this forum for my exact questions. I am, however, looking for someone who knows the answers and wouldn't mind typing them out for me for the sake of my sanity. All others need not apply. (though I'm sure you will anyways)
