first cycle test e - need help rethinking PCT

I've read allot of posts on here...some very interesting information, differing from what I've heard locally. Haven't been able to find answer yet....

I'm coming up on week 10 of 500 mg/week test e cycle...first one. PCT plan was nolva 20/20/10/10 at the end. Had to start Nolva two weeks back...sore nipples, low sex drive, couldn't stay 'up'. Had sore nipples a week or so prior, but didn't clue in to the issue.

I've been taking Nolva at 20mg ED and pretty much back to normal.

Questions....
- what should I do for PCT now?
- How much Nolva should I maintain until cycle end?
- Should I take something else during cycle?
- I had planned to run test for 12 weeks but ended up with enough for 14 weeks. Should I run 12 or 14 weeks?
- I've got anavar on order...late getting here. Was gonna take 45mg ed for last 4 weeks.....would that change PCT?
- I had conflicting info on HCG....still don't know whether it's needed....
- supplier told me chlomid and nolva are equivalent as PCT...is that really true? I read both can be used, but still confused.

235 lbs (was 223 at start)
~20% bf

Wish I read this forum before starting.... I read allot of other info, but this forum seems much better...

Run it 12 weeks bro. Easier recovery. You need some unleashed and post cycle asap. I can't stand nolva. Its a temporary fix at best. Unleashed will raise your free t and get your body back producing. HCGenerate and forma stanzol would be nice(otc T booster/AI) . you could also use it for 8wks as a bridge til your next run with AAS (well you should wait bit longer than 8wks but you know what i mean)
