First Cycle---TEST E---Basic First Timers Cycle

im going to be starting my first cycle in the coming weeks

Stats/Things you should know

-23 years old
-210lbs
-6'3
-working out for 3 years
-had Unilateral (One Sided) Gyno surgey in the winter



So, im open to opinions but as it stands ill be doing

Week 1-10
-500mg/wk Test-E(250mg mon + thurs)

Week 12-16
Nolvadex at 40/40/20/20
Clomid at 50/50/50/50

should i get ahold of some Letro & Arimidex just incase gyno returns?
i had mild acne when i was younger, started taking bp and been clear ever since...should i expect it to return?

what about HCG??​

I would definitely have arimidex on hand in case of gyno. you might wanna take a low dose anti e during also. HCG is a good add in if you want it, but this is a pretty mild cycle and you're pretty young still so you shouldn't really need it. And yeah you can most likely count on the acne coming back.

if you have had gyno whithout gear, then you need to be very careful and make sure you have all the anti-e's and such in order before you start. Im sure you dont want to go under the knife again.

to be safe have some Forma Stanazol on hand,its perfect as an AI and for PCT, Throw that nova out the window


PCT can be something like this (clomid)

Day 1....100mg day
Day 2.....50mg Day 2-10
Day 11-18 25mg day

Forma Stanazol 4 pumps AM.... 4 pm, Every day

wht about Aromasin 12.5mg ED as AI? how would that be for someone gyno prone?
