Going for this first time around:

1-12 test e 500mg (250mg mon + 250mg thur)
1-12 nolva 10mg ED
1-12 dex .25 EOD
14-18 nolva 40/40/20/20
14-18 clomid 50/25/25/25

What do you think about this cycle? Trying to stay on the safe side when it comes to gyno and sides.

To be fair, reading your post, you need to do a lot more research.

a) your diet is off, if you're going to run a balanced go with 40p/30f/30c (at least) or a bodyopus/evolutionary diet.
b) training, what is it like?
c) bodyfat, would suggest you drop some first before a cycle (around 10-12%)
