First cycle Test cyp. only

Hey guys new to the forums here, started my first cycle running only test cyp. My stats are 5'6, 175 pounds, age 25.

Cycle is as follows:
Weeks 1-12 400/mg test cyp. week
Weeks 1-12 .25mg Arimidex EOD
Weeks 13-14 1000 iu HCG EOD
Weeks 15-18 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

Using 21g needles to draw and 23g 1inch needles to pin. Did my first pin today 200mg test cyp. In my right glute. Was very nervous first time hands shaky but I got through it and had almost no pain little soreness after injection. Hoping to see some good results keep you guys updated!

Cycle looks fine but pct is lacking significantly. I'd drop nolva add in clomid at 25 mg day, forged methyl, and forma. I'd also add in n2guard to keep health in check on cycle.
 
Sometimes you find the sweet spot and you can get the needle in without any pain at all. Other times you try to force through a nerve in your quad... I prefer clomid over nolva. I strongly encourage Ostarine in your PCT you will keep 90% of what you gain. Good luck bud!
 
Thanks guys will be posting diet/pics soon, checking out the ostarine now. I've heard people going both ways on clomid vs. nolva and nolva is what I already have on hand.

Macros currently are 60f/250p/350c going to continue this and see if I can recomp body losing some bf and gain some muscle current bodyfat is around 13-15 percent. My core lifts currently stand at bench max 290, deadlift max 405/ squat max 275 legs are lagging goals are to widen back and legs.

Train legs 2-3 times a week on cycle then. You will recover faster so take advantage of that. You should never bench more then you squat unless you have an injury preventing squatting.
 
Been training them 2-3 a week just my weak point.

I'm going to guarantee that technique is most likely a issue so I suggest going to YouTube and look up Matt wennings video series called "so you think you can squat". Watch it daily, and apply it in your training. Also what is a basic leg day look like? Maybe we can tweak that as well.

Looks like you did your home work. Not a bad cycle at all.
