First Cycle Sust 250 and dbol

Ok so i am 25 yrs old am 5' 10 and weight right now 160lbs. (skinny with a belly) and just started my first cycle. I started the first 3 days with 20mg of dbol and then on the third day i took a shot of sust 250 last sunday jan 31st. By thursday i upped the dbol to 30mg and then yesterday (Feb 6th) i took my second shot of sust 250.

Just a little background on me, i really havn't been to the gym alot before now and i used to smoke weed for the last 6 years everyday. I quit completely (for my health and wife & son).

Now to my questions:

Should i just stay at 30mg of dbol (taking it in the morning all 30mg) or should i up it up anytime soon?

Also they told me after my 3rd shot i can then take the sust every 5 days. what do you think?


This is a complete lifestyle change for me and want to really make this work so this is also what i am eating, however i barely get hungry and was wondering what i can do to GET hungry.

I am eating as healthy as possible, so for example today everything i ate was:

3 Hard-boiled egges w/ yolk.
6 strawberries
1 Protein shake (muscle milk 2 scoops which is 32g of protein)
1 thin chicken breast w/ brown rice
1 Protein shake
1 Turkey meatloaf w/ white rice (ran out of brown) & salad

also i take one multi-vitamin, one fish oil capsule, and one green tea capsule w/ the dbol in the morning.

what do you guys think? anything i am missing? should change? tips?

I think you should stop alltogether ,you can't build rome on a foundation of toothpicks, Learn to train until you bleed,and dial that diet in untul you see muscle growth ,Steroids at this time won't give you nothing but alot of water weight ,after you have reached a plateau then you will have something to keep those gains with ,but for now,don't waste your money!
 
well i already have about 8 weeks worth of sust 250, and another 4 weeks of dbol. money has been wasted and i don't really have anyone to sell it to. i am already on to my second week and really just want to get the most out of it. i will jump on a pct when i am done as well.

If anything this well help me keep motivated and determined.
 
If you can't be determined without steroids, how do you plan on staying motivated after steroids? coming off is tough on some people. You need to make sure you're training and diet are perfect like radar said.

this says it all. people spend years in the gym before touching aas. All this being said, radar is right. the best choice for you is to stop and save it for when you really need it.

I'm using gear that is over 5 yrs old,and its still good, thats a poor excuse to get motivated,What happens after the cycle is over ,what will motivate you then? because at the weight you got ,you're not eating enough to even comming close to keeping any gains.If you can't commit and do it right ,then don't bother ,bodybuilding is a lifestyle not a hobby.

i am just trying to get help, not be bashed. i apologize if i came off wrong. I am just looking to gain strength and help me out. i am not trying to get massive gains or anything. if i gain 25 lbs on it and keep 10 after i will be happy.

I posted all my info to get help not just "quit and do it right", i was hoping for some one to give me tips on HOW to eat more if i am not NATURALLY hungry. and just help a new guy out.

lol not to sound like a jerk dude, but if you have never really been to the gym before until now. you probably have no idea how to even lift. but your a noob so you will make crazy noob gains your first year with just about anything you do, you will see nice gains in three months if your eating decent and training hard. just try to keep all your lifts around 8-12 reps and push yourself each time you go the gym. workout at least 3 days a week with heavy compound movements, squat, deadlift, bench, shoulder press, pullups. and eat alot i have trouble eating too man, you just gotta do. 25 pounds man? im sure you can gain that without steroids unless you have horrible genetics man. its not protein powder bro, not stuff to be taken lightly. just my 2 cents.
 
I think i am being misunderstood, or i said it wrong in the first post. I used to go to the gym about 2 years ago for a year, and now barely went untill now. I used to weight 140 - 145lbs and after the year of working out i gain 15 - 20lbs. however during this time i smoked weed and it probably helped me put on the lbs. I then stopped working out and lost some definition but not the weight. So after about a year of not going to the gym i am starting to get back into it and jumped on some gear.

I appreciate all the caution i have received, but i have not gone into this with out research and making sure i was ready. I think i still am going to finish this cycle and see from there where i go.

all i had was a few questions on what i am taking to get some feedback.

if your gonna do it, eat like you weight close to 200 or its gonna be poitnless for you. you gotta eat alot man. stay safe and good luck
