First Cycle Started, Adjust Dose? Time? Osta & GW

I'll preface I'm only 5'6 and 160. BF% probs 15-18. Was 12% but injuries and shitty diet.

Bought 1 bottle of 50mg/ml ostarine
Bought 2 bottles of 20/mg/ml GW Caradine

Should I taper to start or just go with 25mg osta and 20mg GW? I have to imagine my size is smaller than most of the logs and cycles I've seen posted so assume I should take less.

Should I do Osta alone for a few weeks then GW? I figured to take both for 8 weeks, take a few weeks break, and then do 4-8 weeks of GW again.

Today I did 25mg of osta and 10mg of GW. Plan was to do 10mg GW after work. I have enough for a 8 week cycle.

Should I add creatine?

Goal is to drop bodyfat. I used to be around 30-32" waste but had to bump to 33" over the last year :mad:

Is the Osta/GW and lifting hard, eating right, and cardio going to do it? I cycle so plan on doing 40+ miles on the weekends and a few rides during the week. If I can get up early I'll try and do 30min of fasted cardio too.

In my opinion, dosages based on size only really matter when the person is past their genetic potential. So they will need more to continue growing. If that makes sense..

anyways..

I would keep your Osta at 25mg/day and GW at 20mg/day, and run them both for 8-12 weeks.

As long as your diet and training are on par for your goals, you should get the results you are looking for.
 
leave creatine alone for a while, it will make you hold more water and it could be seen as not losing weight/BF.

the osta dose is 25, max

GW 20, max

they both wont have any sides and will show some good results with a solid diet in 8wks

25 mg osta

you can add creatine if you wish. No problem there.
 
start with 25 mg day... there is absolutely no need to taper... dose it once a day in the a.m... stick with 20 mg day of gw and dose it all 30 minutes prior to your workout... on non workout days, dose it all in the morning...

for your creatine, since your aiming at lowering body fat, go with creatine nitrate... it has the least amount of water retention yet still offers the many benefits of creatine... its more conducive to your goals...
