meal 1 8 egg whites and ham 2 cups of brown rice
meal 2 1 serving of true mass or cytogainer
meal 3 2 cups of brown rice 2 chicken breast and one apple and fat free yogurt
meal 4 after the gym I serving of true mass
meal 5 post work out meal red skin potatoes and sirloin burger pattie lean
meal 6 chicken breat and cottage cheese
meal 7 almonds
