Hey guys thinking about taking a leap into the darkside. Here are my stats and here is what I was thinking. I know I need some help!
1 - 23
2 - around 4 years
3 - 5'10
4 - 185
5 - Estimated BF 13-15%
6 - Diet
My diet consists of 6-7 meals daily. Heres a breakdown of what it looks like.
Meal 1: 1 1/2 cup oats
2 Scoops Whey Protien
2 tblspn Flax
Meal 2: 2 Scoops Why and 2tblspn flax
Meal 3: 2 Grillen Chicken breasts, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4: Post workout shake, 50g protien 50g dextrose
Meal 5: Lean steak or lean meat along with a sweet potato
Meal 6: Either 2 chicken breasts or 2 scoops whey along with flax
Meal 7: Before bed usually 2 scoops whey
I take in around 140oz of water a day. I'm thinking I need more actual foods than protien. I am in school so I don't know what to replace most shakes with that I can eat under 5 minutes.
7 - Goals = I want to hit around 210 and gain a lot of lean body mass. I don't care if I carry a little water. I did hit 193 just eating foods but I noticed I wasn't gaining strength or size at that weight.
8 - Proposed cycle
Test Enanthate 400-500mg wk 1-10
Dbol 30mg day for wk1-4 (maybe)
Nolvadex 10-20mg day wk10-15
Clomid 100mg daily tapering off to 50mg by week 15 wk13-15
vitamin b6 200mg day 1-15wk
I'm thinking I would be better off just doing the test alone or adding equipoise to drive up my appetite. Doing alone would let me find out what sides I will have. I'm a little unsure on the pct. When I should start and why I should use clomid over hcg. Anyone care to help me out and explain these things? I'm not going to jump into anything unless I am 100% clear on them!
