First Cycle Questions

Hey guys thinking about taking a leap into the darkside. Here are my stats and here is what I was thinking. I know I need some help!

1 - 23
2 - around 4 years
3 - 5'10
4 - 185
5 - Estimated BF 13-15%
6 - Diet
My diet consists of 6-7 meals daily. Heres a breakdown of what it looks like.
Meal 1: 1 1/2 cup oats
2 Scoops Whey Protien
2 tblspn Flax
Meal 2: 2 Scoops Why and 2tblspn flax
Meal 3: 2 Grillen Chicken breasts, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4: Post workout shake, 50g protien 50g dextrose
Meal 5: Lean steak or lean meat along with a sweet potato
Meal 6: Either 2 chicken breasts or 2 scoops whey along with flax
Meal 7: Before bed usually 2 scoops whey

I take in around 140oz of water a day. I'm thinking I need more actual foods than protien. I am in school so I don't know what to replace most shakes with that I can eat under 5 minutes.

7 - Goals = I want to hit around 210 and gain a lot of lean body mass. I don't care if I carry a little water. I did hit 193 just eating foods but I noticed I wasn't gaining strength or size at that weight.
8 - Proposed cycle

Test Enanthate 400-500mg wk 1-10
Dbol 30mg day for wk1-4 (maybe)
Nolvadex 10-20mg day wk10-15
Clomid 100mg daily tapering off to 50mg by week 15 wk13-15
vitamin b6 200mg day 1-15wk

I'm thinking I would be better off just doing the test alone or adding equipoise to drive up my appetite. Doing alone would let me find out what sides I will have. I'm a little unsure on the pct. When I should start and why I should use clomid over hcg. Anyone care to help me out and explain these things? I'm not going to jump into anything unless I am 100% clear on them!

I would stick with just 500mg/wk of test-e. Like you said, just to see how you react.
Test-e has a half life of around 12 days, so start your pct about 14 days after your last injection. Check out the pct sticky to get a handle on that.
The diet doesn't look too bad. Looks like you need to up the carbs and real foods though. I also don't see any veggies. You might want to throw in a cup here and there.

doin the test itself is the best so u understand how u react to it and what sides are there

Thankfully....a newbie that has actually done some research! You have also put some thought into your cycle before posting....karma for you!

Cycle looks good. Test s/b everyone's first cycle. 500mg is enough for ten weeks. Start nolvadex the same time as clomid...week13. I don't think HCG is absolutely necessary with this gear ..... but it wouldn't harm you to use 500IU's MWF for 3 weeks starting with nolva and clomid.

Good diet, good water intake, any fruits?, you'll need more carbs.

Carb wise what do I need? I have no fruits because I thought the sugars were bad for you. What carbs should I add when? I would assume low gi the whole day except after the workout?

Dbol is a must not a maybe.
 
I don't think you even need the dbol, but if you use it 20mg will suffice.

So what shoudl I do with my diet right now? Add like two sweet potatoes for dinner and add more chicken throughout the day?

thats not true....i agree with jubei..you would do fine on just the test alone..as far as your diet.. i try to eat 20 cals/lb of bw..im trying a much higher protein with a moderate carb/fat bulking diet as i want to be sure that 80-90% of te weight i gain is muscle not fat..
you should be eating 3500-4000 cals per day..try not to rely too much on pro powder..its ok to use throughout the day and ain a pinch but the majority of your cals should be food..for one thing you can drop the shake in the a.m and eat some egg whites..chicken,steak fish,turkey,roast beef etc all good stuff

you'll get what youre looking for just with the test, wait about 3 weeks or so for it to show
