Hi guys, I've spent hundreds of hours reading this forum, but first time post. I'll apologize for the ramble, but I don't want to be accused of not providing enough info.
I'm going to start my first cycle next week. I'm already fighting genetic male pattern baldness so I want to stick to a test only cycle and see how I react. For the same reason I want to use Prop because if I have serious issues it's out of my system fast. I've been on finasteride & rogaine for a year and kept things from getting worse, and actually regrew quite a bit of hair.
My stats: I'm 6'3, 200lbs, 11% bf, 30years old. I know someone is going to say that I could get bigger naturally, but I'm a long distance runner so I have a hard time gaining mass. I decided a few months ago to stop running for a while and try to get bigger. I was taking in 6000 cals/day while running. Now I'm doing 4000-4500 with 200g protein. I'd like to get in more protein but I'm vegetarian so it's hard to find high protein without high carb or fat.
My workout is a 3 day split pull/push/legs.
anyhow..
I'm planning 10 weeks of 100mg Prop EOD (~350/week). I'll have nolvadex on hand, but wondering if I should take it ED or OED as a precaution? and use it for PCT.
My biggest question is should I worry about another product for PCT? My supplier says that on this cycle HCG wouldn't be needed and mostly a waste of money... what do you guys think I should do for PCT?
